(1) The office of the center will be located in Kathmandu or any other place in Nepal according to the decision of the center.

(3) If the center decides to construct its own building, the Government of Nepal will provide one and a half hectares of land free of charge at a location suitable for constructing such a building.

(4) Nepal The government will also provide basic facilities such as electricity, water, telephone, telegram, road, sewerage, etc. in the building or land provided according to sub-section (2) or (3).

(5) Central office building and The land will be used only for the purpose of the center.

(6) The entire responsibility for the repair and maintenance of the office building of the center and the care and maintenance of the facilities and equipment connected to it will remain with the center.
